Tree work is one of the most dangerous trades in the country. When a tree is on a roof, a car, or a power line, the wrong crew makes a bad night worse. Jersey Tree Care has been taking emergency calls across Northern New Jersey since 2001. We dispatch experienced climbers with the rigging, cranes, and chippers to clear a hazard without tearing up the rest of the property.

How it goes
- Call and describe the sceneTell us what fell, what it is sitting on, and whether wires are involved. We will tell you honestly if it is a utility issue before we roll a crew.
- Stabilize, then removeThe first job is to make the property safe. We then section the tree, protect the house and landscaping, and haul the debris.
- Document for insuranceIf you need photos or a written description of the work for a claim, we will provide them. Preventive work on remaining hazards can be scheduled next.
Call us when
- A tree or large limb is on a structure, vehicle, or fence
- A hanging leader is still attached and swinging over a walkway
- The driveway is blocked and you cannot get a car out
- A dead or dying tree sits close enough to fail in the next storm
Questions
Do you really answer at night and on weekends?
Yes. Emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock. If a tree is on a house, call (201) 560-4100 and we will get a crew moving.
What if the tree is on a power line?
Stay away from it and call the utility first. We work around de-energized lines once the power company has cleared us in. We will not put a climber on a live conductor.
Will you help with insurance?
We can document the failure, the work performed, and remaining risk. We do not file claims for you, but most homeowners use our write-up with their adjuster.
